The game has been out of print for almost a decade. The codes are no longer valid, as the game has been delisted from the store. Yes I know some games have remained redeemable, but looks like this isn’t one of them. If you look at the code card you will likely find an expiry date. You’ll need to obtain a physical copy. The cars are sexy, the tracks look great, and the game runs at a smooth 60 frames per second. The lighting isn't always perfect -- you can often see shadows dancing around the car in some odd ways 1.extract the forza 3 gamesave with xport360. 2.open the forza 3 gamesave mod tool. 3.mod your save (dont go too high or you can/will get banned from there servers!) 4.save it after changing values to desired numbers. 5.rehash and resign with 360Revolution. 6.drag back into your profile where you originally extracted it from, replace the original.

Lengthen the final drive so 5th gear tops out at around 245mph. Push 6th gear all the way to 0.10 and start the race in automatic. Once it shifts into 6th, it will go ape **** and start accelerating to around 320mph. Again this is not practical and cannot be used to cheat. The car will not stop in time for the corner.
It's a trick that was repeated a little less confidently with Forza Motorsport 2, the follow-up that perhaps buckled under the pressure of being one of the Xbox 360's first true poster boys.
